HEMOGLOBIN merupakan cairan yang berwarna merah yang berada di dalam eritrosit.Apabila eritrosit dilisiskan, cairan ini keluar dan disebut hemolisat. Hemoglobin berfungsi untuk menangkap dan mengikat oksigen di paru-paru dan melepaskannya ke jaringan.
